Position Title: Coordinator, Information Management Services

Description: As a Coordinator, Information Management Services, you will perform the following duties: respond to enquiries; advise on IM/RM policy, procedures, services and methods for using electronic systems; and provide IM/RM client services. This involves providing access to paper and electronic files/documents; receiving and charging out files in accordance with procedures; tracking, recalling, and bringing forward files to meet client requests; investigating lost, misdirected, or files on loan to staff, ensuring inventories are updated and entering access right changes; Contributes to the execution of all information management activities such as digitization of information, email management and records management; Develops and implements procedures, tools and templates pertaining to information and records management; Develops and delivers monthly classroom training/coaching sessions to new employees, as well as customized training sessions, and one-on-one coaching sessions. This involves organizing logistics, developing and maintaining associated documentation; Provides assigned IM/RM services throughout the information management life cycle of both hard copy and electronic records, including file creation, classification, retention, archiving and disposal, in accordance with established IM/RM policy and procedures. 
Requirements: Graduation with a degree or diploma from a recognized university or college in a relevant discipline or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience; Experience in information management and records management; Experience working with an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS/RDIMS) such as OpenText eDOCS, etc.; Experience in dealing with individuals in a client service capacity, including but not limited to responding to queries, advising clients on the application of policies and procedures; Experience in providing guidance or coaching to clients related to IM applications, processes, how to and etc.; Experience in data entry and data quality assurance and integrity; Experience in researching and providing analysis; and Experience developing procedures related to the application of information management and Recordkeeping principles.
