Artificial Intelligence and Auto-classification: Are They a Silver Bullet for Records Management and Compliance?
Information governance (IG) professionals are very aware of the challenges of correctly classifying unstructured content for records and information management. This challenge is increasing significantly as the volume of unstructured content created increases. Can artificial intelligence (AI) offer a solution, while improving compliance and reducing risks? With the continuing improvements in AI and machine learning, IG professionals are starting to imagine a future in which content is classified correctly, retention schedules are applied correctly, and disposition procedures are executed in a timely manner — all with a high degree of accuracy.
Attendees will learn about current trends in AI for records management and how AI can improve the efficiency and efficacy of auto-classification with a focus on compliance and records risk management. Amitabh will then discuss and present HELUX’s THEMIS CS Suite for Information Architecture and Records Management, including new AI capabilities for auto-classification.
